"Picutre Phanatic"

A day in the life of a photography student...

Just a few photographs that I captured today on our walk around London. Yes, that is really what I do in my photography class.

  1. Photography is often about capturing many perspectives on one theme. Might I suggest choosing "public houses of London" as a possible theme for you. You would have to visit as many pubs as you can and spend a lot of time exploring them, but I think you have the drive to persevere. Nobody said art wouldn't require sacrifice, though.

  2. You really have a knack for this photography stuff! Clearly, your older sister was not blessed with similar artistic genes. Sometime, you'll have to ask Andy to show you the live video footage I recorded of his Tough Mudder event. It is shot from the often overlooked perspective of his feet :) I'm actually not certain if Andy's face ever appears on camera! Anyway, I am enjoying your blog, and your pictures are very cool! Have fun in Bath this weekend!

  3. This is just a brief response back...but Andy, thank you for the suggestion! You nailed it. After taking pictures today, we have to come up with a theme! I have chosen only one theme (for my final project) and that is signs. Signs, explaining the differences between London and the U.S, such as "take away", "dogs on leashes", "mind the gap", "diverted traffic", and a lot others. I do, however, need another theme yet, so maybe i'll choose yours as I take another walk tomorrow and explors :)
